Job Description
Job Summary:
Index is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manufacturing ERP Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Epicor or similar ERP systems SAP | Oracle | Infor | IFS and a strong background in manufacturing processes. This role involves analyzing, designing, implementing, and supporting ERP solutions to optimize manufacturing operations. This is a hybrid position, with the opportunity to work from home some days and collaborate on-site as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- ERP Implementation and Management:
- Lead the implementation and customization of Epicor or similar ERP systems to meet business requirements.

- Manage and oversee ERP projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.

- Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement through ERP solutions.

Requirements
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in ERP consulting, with a focus on manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience with Epicor or similar ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Epicor ERP or similar ERP systems.
- Experience with ERP system integration and data migration.
