Senior Estimation Engineer - Substation Expert

• Review tender RFP documents and prepare tender clarifications.
• Responsible for preparing complete, accurate material for tenders/RFPs related to OHL, 132kV Substations, UG Cable & Solar projects etc.
• Responsible for Preparing accurate estimates for labor, subcontractor, Temporary Facilities, COMPANY requirements, construction facilities, logistics and Heavy Equipment’s etc.
• Foster relationships with subcontractors and suppliers. Attend on-site pre-bid/proposal conferences and site visits.
• Develop and review subcontractor scopes of work and accept, review and analyse subcontractor quotes for best value.
• Analyze an interpret drawings, specifications and other documents and drawings as part of Tender RFP’s.
• Generate preliminary drawings like layouts for tender purpose to justify the BOM used for tendering.
• Floating RFQ’s and followups with the Vendors to get the market quote during the bidding timeline.
• Preparation of Scope PPT’s to the management and understand the Project Execution strategy with operation team

Electrical Estimation Engineer with minimum 3 years of experience working with TRANSCO (Transmission Companies) or similar Utilities to perform tendering efforts for 132kV Substations and Cable projects (OHL/UG).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED18,500.00 per month

Experience:

• >132kv Substation Estimation: 4 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• TRANSCO, DEWA, SEWA Substation estimation experience (Required)
