Senior Estimation Specialist

We are seeking experienced Senior Estimation Specialists to join one of our clients in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing cost estimates for large-scale and complex projects. Acting as both a technical expert and mentor, you will support project success by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and value in all estimation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for high-value projects.
• Conduct market research and pricing analysis to support estimation strategies.
• Mentor and guide junior estimation staff, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to clarify project requirements.
• Assist the Estimation Manager in validating and auditing estimates.
• Identify opportunities for value engineering and cost optimization.
• Maintain and update the centralized cost database.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 5–7 years in cost estimation.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of estimation methodologies and industry-specific costing.
• Skills: Excellent analytical abilities, attention to detail, and project management skills.
• Leadership: Ability to mentor and lead junior team members.

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering , or in related fields such as Construction Management or Quantity Surveying .
