Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to lead cost estimation across our high-rise and luxury development portfolio, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness and alignment with our ambitious project delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential and mixed-use high-rise projects, covering all trades and construction disciplines.

• Review tender documents, specifications, drawings and BOQs to ensure comprehensive and accurate pricing.

• Conduct material take-offs, quantity analysis and benchmark comparisons for cost validation.

• Work closely with procurement, design, engineering and project management teams to obtain competitive quotations and ensure alignment with project requirements.

• Evaluate contractor and subcontractor bids, negotiate pricing and recommend award strategies.

• Prepare tender clarifications, risk assessments and value-engineering proposals.

• Maintain an updated cost database and market pricing intelligence specific to the UAE construction sector.

• Participate in post-tender reviews, cost breakdowns and executive presentations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 10–12+ years of experience in construction estimation, ideally within high-rise or large-scale mixed-use developments.

• Strong technical understanding of civil, architectural, MEP and specialist works.

• Hands-on experience with estimation software and tools (e.g., Candy, CostX or similar).

• Strong knowledge of UAE market rates, supplier ecosystems and subcontractor networks.

• Proven ability to lead tender pricing, bid analysis and cost planning in fast-paced environments.

• Excellent analytical, commercial and negotiation skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
