Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Estimator based in Riyadh. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for landscaping projects, analyzing technical designs and specifications, and collaborating with project teams to determine budget requirements. The role also involves evaluating supplier bids, ensuring adherence to project timelines, and continually optimizing costs while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in cost estimation, project evaluation, and budgeting.
• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of construction and landscaping materials, techniques, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in using estimation software, spreadsheets, and related tools.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize resources effectively.
• Ability to interpret and work with technical designs, specifications, and documentation.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; professional certifications in estimation or project management are a plus.
• Experience in landscaping or construction industries is highly desirable.
