Role Overview

We are seeking a designer who can transform ideas into immersive spatial experiences — from concept creation and proposal development to detailed execution-ready designs.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in exhibition booths, event environments, and experiential activations, with the ability to create visually striking and technically feasible concepts under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts for exhibition stands, events, and brand activations
• Design complete booth and event experiences from scratch
• Create high-quality 3D renders and presentation-ready proposals
• Produce technical drawings and construction details for production teams
• Create design animations for presentations and client pitches
• Collaborate closely with project managers, production teams, and clients
• Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines, functionality, and visitor experience
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative strategy development

Requirements

Proven experience in event and exhibition design is mandatory

Strong portfolio showcasing exhibition stands, events, and immersive experiences

Advanced skills in:

• design tools and rendering software
• AutoCAD
• Adobe Creative Suite

Strong understanding of production methods and construction feasibility

Experience creating animations and motion walkthroughs is highly preferred

Ability to work independently and under pressure

Strong presentation and communication skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Riyadh-based or willing to relocate
