Overview

The Senior Events Specialist is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering high-quality events that support AlQadsiah Club's strategic objectives, brand image, and stakeholder engagement. This role leads the end-to-end execution of major events, ensures operational excellence, and coordinates with internal and external partners to deliver impactful experiences aligned with the club's vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of major club events, ceremonies, and official functions.
• Develop detailed event plans, timelines, budgets, and operational frameworks.
• Coordinate with internal departments, sponsors, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
• Manage event logistics including venues, suppliers, production, guest management, and protocols.
• Oversee vendor selection, negotiations, and performance to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Ensure events comply with brand guidelines, safety standards, and organizational policies.
• Supervise and guide junior events team members when required.
• Prepare post-event reports, evaluations, and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in event management, preferably within sports, entertainment, or large organizations. Proven experience managing high-profile, large-scale events and stakeholders.

Skills: Strong project management and organizational skills; Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously; Strong negotiation and vendor management skills; Problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools.

Certifications: Event Management or Project Management certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
