Senior Exec Product Planning - Arabic Speaking

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the product lifecycle activity for passenger vehicles and support the organization's strategic growth initiatives.
  • Analyze and plan future product/specification/price adjustments.
  • Analyze and prepare pricing strategy using price breakdown and value analysis.
  • Conduct market research and analyze the automotive market on a monthly basis.
  • Conduct relevant competitor analysis (specifications, features, and prices) regularly and make comparisons.
  • Conduct mystery shopping and other product related surveys, including New Car Buyer Survey (NCBS) and brand awareness surveys.
  • Analyze market situation using management tools such as SWOT/PEST analyses.
Required Skills
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry in a similar role.
  • Past experience in product management, planning, or marketing.
  • Ability to understand technical automotive topics.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of statistics and analysis.
  • General knowledge of Middle East and African markets.
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Capability to use Excel and prepare PowerPoint presentations.
  • No restrictions to travel.
Additional Qualifications
  • Age: Less than 35 years old.
  • Experience in the automotive industry: 5-7 years.
  • Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or a degree in Mechanical/Automotive engineering from a reputable university (preferred).
