Main Responsibilities
- Manage the product lifecycle activity for passenger vehicles and support the organization's strategic growth initiatives.
- Analyze and plan future product/specification/price adjustments.
- Analyze and prepare pricing strategy using price breakdown and value analysis.
- Conduct market research and analyze the automotive market on a monthly basis.
- Conduct relevant competitor analysis (specifications, features, and prices) regularly and make comparisons.
- Conduct mystery shopping and other product related surveys, including New Car Buyer Survey (NCBS) and brand awareness surveys.
- Analyze market situation using management tools such as SWOT/PEST analyses.
Required Skills
- Previous experience in the automotive industry in a similar role.
- Past experience in product management, planning, or marketing.
- Ability to understand technical automotive topics.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of statistics and analysis.
- General knowledge of Middle East and African markets.
- Bilingual in Arabic and English.
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Capability to use Excel and prepare PowerPoint presentations.
- No restrictions to travel.
Additional Qualifications
- Age: Less than 35 years old.
- Experience in the automotive industry: 5-7 years.
- Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or a degree in Mechanical/Automotive engineering from a reputable university (preferred).
