As a Senior Executive Assistant in the Product Owner, Fulfilment & Archival Services team, you will work in a fast-paced organization where each day will be unique. In this role, you will manage the MD's calendar and meetings, track action items, plan travel and conferences, and oversee expenses, all while supporting a team of 400 members. Experience managing smaller IT projects and using AI for day-to-day automation is an added plus. Based in Columbus, Ohio and co-located with the leadership team, this position provides a platform for professional growth and skill enhancement. A successful Executive Assistant possesses structure, attention to detail, quality focus, high energy and flexibility to a high-paced deadline driven organization. In this role you will need to work well in a team environment, be able to represent the manager/group with professional courtesy and acumen, and deliver high-quality work output. Your daily routine also includes interaction with various executive level internal clients across the lines of businesses. You will need to adapt procedures, processes and techniques to complete assignments in line with the department's activities and goals.
