Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager Quality Assurance

Position Title: Senior Executive Quality Assurance / Assistant Manager Quality Assurance

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven QA professional to join our team as a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Quality Assurance. The ideal candidate will ensure quality across SAP support processes, define standards, and drive continuous improvement to meet organizational and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QA strategy for SAP support aligned with organizational goals.
• Define and enforce quality standards across incident management, configuration, and change management.
• Monitor KPIs including response times, resolution rates, and user satisfaction.
• Conduct reviews of incidents and change management for compliance with QA benchmarks.
• Ensure SLA adherence by categorizing, prioritizing, and resolving incidents effectively.
• Oversee unit, integration, regression, and UAT testing for SAP changes.
• Recommend process improvements and facilitate user/stakeholder feedback sessions.
• Maintain detailed QA documentation, knowledge bases, FAQs, and troubleshooting resources.
• Organize training sessions for the support team to build QA awareness and skills.
• Act as a QA liaison for stakeholders, coordinating with vendors and providing regular performance updates.
• Generate QA and SLA compliance reports, identifying risks and recommending solutions.
• Manage escalations and ensure preventive measures for recurring issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within SAP support environments.
• Strong understanding of SAP support processes and QA methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage escalations, risks, and cross-functional coordination effectively.
