To support the Senior Manager across planning, coordinating, and delivering communication initiatives across multiple Brand, Digital and Social Communication initiatives. The role ensures seamless execution of campaigns, creative content, and digital activations by aligning cross-functional teams, agency partners, and internal stakeholders. With strong creative judgment, project management skills, and digital understanding, this position plays a key role in maintaining quality, consistency, and timely delivery across all relevant touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and track progress of projects across Brand, Digital, and social functions, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with communication objectives.

Support the Senior Manager in planning, prioritizing, and integrating initiatives across multiple communication streams.

Collaborate with PR, Events, Exhibitions, Sports Partnerships, and Creative Services teams to ensure consistency in messaging and execution.

Liaise with external agencies and vendors to manage briefs, timelines, and quality of creative and digital deliverables.

Oversee project workflows, ensuring smooth coordination among internal team members and stakeholders.

Contribute to research and survey projects, consolidating insights to support strategic planning and campaign development.

Monitor competitor activities across digital and social channels to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas of improvement.

Assist in performance tracking and reporting across campaigns and initiatives, highlighting insights for continuous optimization.

Technical Competencies:
