• Safety, Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all civil works follow safety standards and maintain accurate maintenance records.

• Budget & Cost Control: Monitor maintenance expenses and implement cost-effective solutions.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and residents to address facility-related concerns. Collaboration within departments Admin, Security, IT, Electrical.
