Role Overview

The Senior Executive – Director’s Office will play a pivotal role in supporting the leadership team in strategic planning, monitoring key business metrics, driving process and system improvements, and ensuring high-quality execution of cross-functional initiatives. This role is ideal for a result-oriented individual with a Civil Engineering background and an MBA, who is looking to gain high-level exposure to strategic decision-making and operational excellence in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Support & MIS:
  • Assist the Director in reviewing business performance through dashboards and MIS.
  • Create weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports covering sales, construction, finance, procurement, and customer service KPIs.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support high-stake decisions across departments.
  • Manage and track action items arising from strategy meetings and board reviews.
  • Process Mapping & Optimization:
  • Conduct detailed studies of existing departmental processes (sales, construction, design, stores, accounts, etc.).
  • Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, or compliance gaps and drive reengineering initiatives.
  • Coordinate and monitor SOP implementation across business units.
  • System Implementation & Integration:
  • Support implementation of ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, KEKA HRMS,etc.).
  • Assist in mapping business processes to digital systems and ensuring user adoption.
  • Liaise between department heads, software vendors, and IT for resolving system-level challenges.
  • Cross-Functional Projects:
  • Anchor high-priority, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes and timelines.
  • Maintain trackers for project milestones and budgets across departments.
  • Create presentations and business models to support fundraising, partnerships, or expansion strategies.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Follow-up:
  • Act as a liaison between the Director and functional teams for execution clarity.
  • Prepare briefing notes, concept notes, and progress reports for internal and external communication.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on tasks assigned from Director’s office to various departments.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background:
  • B.E. in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
  • MBA in Operations, Strategy, or Project Management (Preferred Tier 1/2 Institute)
  • Experience:
  • 3–6 years of experience in Real Estate, Project Management, Strategy, or Management Consulting.
  • Exposure to Construction/Development environments preferred.

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of real estate project lifecycle, execution, and approval processes.
  • Excellent command over Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS tools.
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems like SAP, Salesforce, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in project tracking tools, process mapping, and documentation.
  • High ownership, time management, and inter-department coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and deliver timely reports and execution updates.
