Senior Executive – Dispatch Coordinator (ATM Operations)
Senior Executive – Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for managing ATM complaint calls, coordinating service activities, and dispatching spare parts to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and minimal ATM downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and log ATM complaint calls from clients / monitoring team.
- Coordinate with field engineers for complaint assignment and resolution.
- Dispatch ATM spare parts as per fault requirement.
- Track spare parts movement and maintain dispatch records.
- Ensure timely delivery of parts to field engineers / service locations.
- Monitor complaint status and follow up for closure within SLA.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch & complaint reports.
- Coordinate with inventory/store team for parts availability.
- Escalate critical issues to management when required.
- Maintain proper documentation of service and dispatch activities.
Key Skills Required
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of spare parts and basic electronic or related components.
- Ability to manage multiple complaints simultaneously.
- Knowledge of inventory and dispatch processes.
- Basic MS Excel / reporting skills.
- Problem-solving and time management skills.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree Mandatory without Backlags.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in service coordination / dispatch / logistics support.
- Experience in managing field service operations preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
