Role Overview
The employee will be responsible for managing the end-to-end product content lifecycle on the Babyshop website. This role ensures that all products go live with accurate, complete, and high-quality content, while coordinating across buying, marketing, web, and logistics teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organised, and thrives in a fast-paced retail eCommerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
Product Content Management

Own the end-to-end process of onboarding products to the website—from sample ordering to final content upload.

Ensure accurate collation, validation, and completeness of all product content (attributes, descriptions, images).

Partner with the buying team and eCommerce manager to ensure the timely launch of in-store and online-exclusive products.

Maintain strong coordination with buying teams to ensure all required product information is delivered before the product lands in the warehouse.

Daily QC of the items going live to ensure no Product Details Page (PDP) content errors.
Cross-functional Coordination

Work closely with the Web Team to identify and resolve content gaps, errors, or inconsistencies promptly.

Collaborate with Marketing and Web teams on photoshoot planning, scheduling, and execution.

Communicate photoshoot schedules and requirements to the buying team, ensuring proper sample preparation and labelling.
Photoshoot & Sample Management

Ensure all samples required for photoshoots are scanned, tracked, and delivered to the shoot location on time.

Coordinate with logistics teams to arrange transportation, manpower, and setup requirements.

Ensure all products used in shoots are accurately recorded in the master sheet and correctly tagged (sample/store/warehouse stock).

Manage post-shoot logistics, including timely return of products to stores or warehouses.
Data Accuracy & Quality Control

Maintain and update master data sheets with high accuracy and consistency.

Conduct weekly audits of website content to identify errors or missing information.

Report issues to relevant teams and follow through to resolution.
Qualifications & Skills

1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce or digital retail operations.

Experience in E-commerce retail (preferably Baby & Kids categories) is an advantage.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Highly collaborative with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data handling, validation, basic analysis).
