Senior Executive / Executive – PMS (HR | Cut to Pack)

Responsibilities

  • Support implementation and execution of the Performance Management System (PMS) for Cut to Pack operations.
  • Coordinate with departmental heads for KPI setting, performance evaluations, and appraisal processes.
  • Monitor employee performance data and ensure timely completion of PMS cycles.
  • Maintain and update performance records, evaluation forms, and HR documentation.
  • Assist in tracking departmental KPIs, productivity trends, and employee performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with HR and operations teams to ensure alignment of performance objectives.
  • Prepare PMS reports, dashboards, and management summaries.
  • Support employee feedback, goal-setting, and performance review processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company PMS policies and procedures.
  • Assist in identifying training and development needs based on performance evaluations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in PMS or HR operations within manufacturing/textile industry.
  • Strong understanding of performance management and appraisal systems.
  • Good command of MS Excel and reporting tools.
  • Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work closely with operations and departmental teams in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • in PMS or HR within manufacturing/textile industry.: 3 years (Preferred)
