We are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Executive – Export Sales to join our dynamic commercial team in Karachi. If you have the experience, market insight, and ambition to build strong customer relationships and drive growth — we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow export volumes through regular customer visits and strategic sales calls.
  • Develop and maintain strong networks across the Karachi market to identify new business opportunities.
  • Target high-value clients and promote Value-Added Services (VAS) to enhance profitability.
  • Provide accurate sales reports and market intelligence updates for management.
  • Support team operations and coordinate with internal departments to ensure service excellence.
  • Analyze market trends, gather customer feedback, and help shape effective sales strategies.


Experience & Qualification:

  • Graduation preferably Master’s
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Export Sales within shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding.


Who We’re Looking For

  • Proven ability in strategic & consultative selling , account management , and pricing negotiation .
  • Strong market knowledge and data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Skilled in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) with solid pipeline management and forecasting experience.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of supporting team goals while driving individual performance.
