Key Performance Indicators (Measurable) 01. School Fees 1. Collection of fee and entering the collection in Orison. 2. Issuing fee receipt to parent with signature and stamp. 3. Making daily collection report and tallying collection received at the end of the day. 4. Checking for fee defaulters by the 10th of each month and preparing fee reminders class wise. 5. Printing 1st reminder on __ of each month, 2nd reminder on __ of each month and Final reminder on __ of each month. 6. Advice parents on all school fee related concerns. 7. Verification of fee, books and uniform refunds. 8. Deduct school fee amount for staff children from monthly salary as per the approved tuition fee concession percentage. 02. Staff Related 1. Deduction of school fee for staff child/ren from monthly salary as per the approved tuition fee concession percentage. 2. Follow up of salary deduction for salary advance taken by staff. 3. Checking staff leave salary, air ticket and final settlements. 4. Processing of WPS. 5. Preparation of salary cheque after approval of payroll. 6. Issuing of salary cheque to staff with acknowledgement. 02. School Related (Daily) 1. Preparing bank reconciliation statement daily. 2. Arrange to deposit cheque and cash to bank daily. 3. Collection and filing of bills submitted by PRO and arranging payment accordingly. 4. Verifying, making payments and filing of utility bills on daily basis. 5. Managing petty cash. 6. Preparation of supplier cheque on instruction from Admin Officer. 7. Verification of all accounts transactions and updating the transactions on Orison. 03. School Related (Weekly) 1. Preparing of reconciliation statement for receivables. 2. Preparing of reconciliation statement for payables. 3. Preparing of reconciliation statement for all intercompany transactions. 4. Preparation of Cash flow and Fund flow statement. 04. School Related (Monthly) 1. Preparing Profit & Loss and BS report. 2. Preparing MIS report. 05. School Related (Yearly) 1. Verification and report preparation of all fixed assets. 2. Verifying of stock and preparing reports. 3. Verification and submission of VAT. 06. Compliance 1. Commit to tasks which may require additional effort and time for the benefit of the school. 2. Make sure that the school meets all the requirements as per the MOE. 3. Take up and fulfill other responsibilities as requested by the line manager. 4. Contribute to the corporate life of the school through effective participation in meetings and management systems necessary to coordinate the management of the school. 5. Establish effective working relationships and set a good example through the presentation and personal and professional conduct. 6. Maintain confidentiality on matters related to school, staff, students and infrastructure.
