What you’ll do:

• Manage all areas of the warehouse and fulfilment operation
• Manage the day-to-day processing of multi-channel online orders and ensure that all SLA & TAT of respective channels are met.
• Drive warehouse management and execution through the 3PL partner and ensure that all key fulfilment metrics, quality control, delivery and returns Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are in place for own and marketplace orders.
• Ensure cycle count and stock counts as per set KPIs to ensure 99.9% inventory accuracy.
• Train and manage staff on daily basis to get 100% efficiency
• Ensure a 99.9% accuracy rate in shipped orders
• Ensure low shipping costs by using optimal polybags, cartons and shipping methods.
• Maintain proper packing of orders to ensure in in-transit damage as per set KPIs
• Perform regular audits of all warehouse activity, including packing & shipping, to meet the set standards
• Ensure warehouse housekeeping and hygiene are maintained as per set standards
• Maintain the Health and Safety standards
• Create daily /weekly/monthly MIS reports to ensure all KPIs & SLAs are as per set standards.

What you’ll need?

• Graduate with 2-4 years of E-commerce Warehouse Fulfilment experience
• Must have worked with top Retail or E-commerce platforms
• Must have direct management experience with 3PL service providers and off-payroll employees.
• Proactive service delivery attitude - willingness to stretch and do whatever is required with a hands-on & can-do approach.
• Must have an in-depth understanding of warehouse management systems and technology.
• Expert on the best packaging techniques for different types of products.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Must have a proven record of creating, developing and mentoring a high-performance team.
• Works well under pressure and always delivers on tight deadlines.
• Excellent at adapting to a rapidly changing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and are highly organised.
• Can create opportunities, overcome obstacles and think outside the box
