Fleet Operation Manager

Job Objective:

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, ensure efficient vehicle utilization, minimize operational costs, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities :

• Manage daily fleet operations, including vehicle scheduling and tracking.
• Monitor driver performance and ensure compliance with safety and traffic regulations.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure vehicle readiness.
• Optimize fleet efficiency and reduce costs related to fuel consumption and maintenance.
• Manage fuel usage and analyze vehicle consumption to ensure optimal utilization.
• Prepare periodic reports on fleet performance and provide analysis to management.
• Ensure compliance with all legal regulations related to vehicle operations.
• Supervise vehicle registration, licensing, and insurance processes.
• Develop strategies to improve fleet operations and achieve company objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet operations management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle management, maintenance, and logistics.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to lead teams.
• Familiarity with vehicle tracking technologies and logistics systems.
