An opportunity has arisen for an Senior Executive - Graphic Design to join Dubai Holding Real Estate .

Job Purpose :

The job holder will be responsible to implement the graphic elements of the brand, as well as campaign-related marketing and event design collateral to ensure high brand value and the achievement of business objectives.

Key Accountabilities :

• Implement and execute the design process from receipt of brief through to final delivery, ensuring timely completion of all projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to interpret design needs and develop responsive design concepts aligned with marketing goals and brand strategies.
• Create visually compelling designs, concepts, and layouts for various media platforms, including digital, print, and environmental graphics.
• Responsible for multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring each meets the required specifications and deadlines. Ensure consistency in visual identity across all deliverables, adhering to brand guidelines and design standards.
• Liaise with external vendors and stakeholders to coordinate the production and implementation of design materials.
• Maintain and update design materials across all company locations, ensuring brand consistency.
• Track the production of graphics for events, marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and other communication platforms.
• Stay informed on the latest design trends, technologies, and tools in graphic design, brand management, and marketing to ensure designs are innovative and competitive. Implement new tools and practices where applicable to enhance the overall quality of design work.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and senior management, making adjustments based on feedback.

Qualifications, Experiences, Skills:

-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Media, or a related field.

-Experience: 3–5 years in design roles, preferably within real estate , hospitality , branding , or advertising agencies .

-Digital Design: Strong experience in web content design (Figma) with hands-on Salesforce exposure .

-Creative Conceptualization: Proven ability to develop original creative concepts , not just execute existing ones.

-AI Tools: Experience with AI-based design or content tools is a strong plus.

-Software Proficiency:

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Knowledge of print production , HTML/Dreamweaver , and Microsoft Office 365 .

-Design Expertise: Strong understanding of typography, composition, grid structures , and brand consistency .

-Work Approach:

• Comfortable working within corporate brand guidelines .
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and delivering designs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams and creative problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: Certification in design software or related tools.
