Senior Executive - HR

Kuala, India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Coordinate with departmental heads for manpower planning.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
  • Payroll & HR Operations
  • Assist in monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy of salary inputs (attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, etc.).
  • Maintain HRMS / employee records and update regularly.
  • Manage employee letters, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separations.
  • Compliance & Policies
  • Ensure statutory compliance related to EPF, ESI, gratuity, bonus, and other labor laws.
  • Maintain proper documentation and handle audits/inspections.
  • Support implementation of HR policies and disciplinary procedures.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Drive employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
  • Promote positive workplace culture and effective communication.
  • Training & Development
  • Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.
  • Organize training sessions, track participation, and evaluate effectiveness.
  • Performance Management
  • Assist in performance appraisal process.
  • Maintain appraisal records and follow up on action plans.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
