Organization: Sensible International

Location: Phase 4, Bahria Town

Timings: 1pm- 10pm (onsite)

Reporting to: Manager HR

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate recruitment processes, including sourcing, posting job ads, screening resumes, interview scheduling, headhunting, interviewing candidates and making offers.

- Onboarding and orientation of new joiners

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

- Provide regular updates to Head of HR on the status of candidates and recruitment efforts.

- Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions, interview feedback, and hiring decisions.

- Ensure HR policies are implemented and followed across the organization.

- Maintain and update HRIS and ensure accuracy of employee records.

- Handle employee queries and grievances professionally and promptly.

- Generate HR-related reports and dashboards as required by management.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruiting for BPO or call center environments. Experience with hiring CSR, SDR, Closer, and QA roles is a plus.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and HR best practices.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.

- Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and integrity.
