Job Title/Designation: Senior Executive - HR

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the recruitment and hiring process, including job postings, applicant screening, interviewing, and selection. Knowledge in job portals, professional networks, social media advertisement is mandatory.
• Managing employee compensation and benefits.
• Document performance evaluations, support HR Manager & Department Heads in matters like performance management, and ensure compliance with employment laws, providing feedback and coaching to employees when necessary.
• Managing employee data and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Manage payroll, statutory compliance in ESI & PF portals. Experience in HRMS like GreytHR or any other software is a added advantage.
