Senior Executive - HR

We are looking for an experienced HR Head to lead the entire HR function, including recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

Requirements:
5-8 years of HR experience (manufacturing/automotive preferred)
knowledge of labour laws, HR policies & compliance
Good leadership, communication & people-management skills
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
