This role in summary
We’re strengthening our HR Analytics capability and looking for a Senior Executive – HR Analytics & People Insights, reporting to the Head – Total Rewards & HR Operations.
Your responsibilities will include
- Workforce reporting and people insights (headcount, attrition, hiring, run-rate, diversity)
- Dashboards & visualization using Power BI / Tableau
- Advanced Excel-based analytics and leadership-ready data storytelling
- Strong focus on data accuracy, governance, and confidentiality
- Opportunity to work closely with Total Rewards & HR Operations leadership
Who should apply:
- Strong early-career or mid-level HR analytics professionals
- Hands-on experience in HR / workforce reporting
- Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable with tight timelines
Minimum requirements
