Senior Executive - Human Resources( Male)

Position/Job Title: Senior Executive Human Resources

Location: Head Office, Ernakulum.

Desired Profile

 Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources with a leading organization with a passion for talent acquisition.

 Excellent in networking and interpersonal skills.

 Must be a graduate.

 Age above 30 years will be ideal

 Preferably a male candidate.

 Familiarity with Automobile Industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

 Support talent acquisition process across all levels of the organization.

 Facilitate onboarding and joining formalities of new joiners.

 Drive recruiting and screening systems and procedures in order to attract qualified candidates for position vacancies.

 Support Payroll & Statutory functions as and when required.

 Prepares and submits periodic reports for management’s use.

 Desired candidate to be flexible to travel across Kerala when required.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
