About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for an Senior Executive – Incubation Associate to join TECOM Group . The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

  • The role holder is responsible for the day-to-day operations of In5, this includes working directly with the business partners and coordinating with the various business centers to manage partner administrative requirements and co-working spaces across TECOM commercial units.

Business Partners Relationship Management

  • Manage the application process for applicants to the In5 Incubation process, this includes advising potential partners on requirements, inclusions/exclusions specifics and working with them from the start till the point where workspace and fit outs are organized.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for In5 business partners – coordinate for the issuance and renewal of lease, trade licenses and permits, assist in the timely collections of accounts receivables from partners and liaison to reconcile statements and ensure accuracy of billing to provide efficient customer service.

Operational & Administrative Activities

  • Provide admin support and manage meeting room bookings and payments around the in5 facilities.
  • Ensure compliance with DCCA Free Zone regulations and provide seamless customer service
  • Work with community managers to coordinate logistics and manage venues for different events such as roadshows, exhibitions etc.
  • Support in the execution and creation of processes and procedures within in5 to ensure a more efficient work environment for all team members.
  • Review and summarize miscellaneous reports and documents; prepare background documents as necessary.
  • Attend any meetings, conferences, training as required by the Director of In5.
  • Perform administration related activities of the assigned entity in the most efficient and effective manner to meet/exceed client expectations as per defined quality standards.


Client Experience & Feedback Management

  • Provide support for the collection of information related to client feedback to provide management front line data to understand public opinion, gauge visitor experience or make business and marketing decisions.
  • Communicate and resolve client complaints / issues within the delegated level of authority or timely escalate and follow up client issues to the appropriate department to provide a high standard client service which will lead to client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Capture all clients Interactions (Enquiry, Leads, and Requests & Complaints) accurately and maintain a database
  • and record in available systems to provide inputs for management reports.
  • Collate all client documentation such as contracts, license and passport copies etc and maintain administrative files in order to ascertain smooth business operations and effective workflow.
  • Support the section head by channelizing client requirements into commercially viable leads to contribute to the profitability of the department.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or a related field; Bachelor’s degree in Business is preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an administrative and/or customer service role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
  • Strong customer-focused mindset with a results-driven approach.Sound business awareness and commercial acumen.
  • Proactive, curious, and creative problem solver.
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
