Senior Executive – Internal Audit

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional for the position of Senior Executive – Internal Audit.

The role primarily involves daily review and verification of payment requests, invoices, procurement transactions, and operational activities to ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.

The candidate will support the Internal Audit function in identifying discrepancies, process gaps, and operational risks while coordinating with different departments for timely resolution of queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify payment requests, invoices, vendor payments, and supporting documents.
• Ensure transactions are processed in line with company SOPs, approvals, and internal controls.
• Raise audit queries and coordinate with other departments for resolution.
• Perform post-audit and exception-based reviews on daily transactions.
• Assist in preparing audit observations, reports, and management summaries.
• Support audit investigations and data analysis activities where required.
• Maintain proper audit documentation and records.
• Highlight control gaps and assist in strengthening review mechanisms and process controls.

Qualification & Experience

• CMA / ACCA / CA (Part Qualified) plus bachelor’s degree in finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, Finance, Accounts, or Compliance.
• Proficiency in audit tools, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems (preferred).
• Experience in e-commerce, manufacturing, or a relevant industry (preferred).

Skills Required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of MS Excel, Power BI, Python, and reporting tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify anomalies.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage daily operational reviews.
• Professional attitude and high level of integrity.

Timings: 3pm to 12am
