About the Role
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and motivated Senior Executive – Internal Audit to support our Audit Department. The role involves conducting audits across various business operations, reviewing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate must be analytical, knowledgeable about audit methodologies, and capable of identifying process gaps with actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits of different departments to ensure compliance with policies and established procedures.
• Perform voucher verification, stock counts, branch audits, and process audits to identify control gaps and risks.
• Evaluate internal control effectiveness and propose improvements for better efficiency and compliance.
• Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting findings, observations, and actionable recommendations.
• Follow up on implementation of corrective actions by coordinating with relevant departments.
• Assist in executing the annual internal audit plan and support special or ad-hoc assignments as required.

Qualification & Experience

• Masters / CMA / ACCA (Part-Qualified / Qualified).
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in internal audit, branch audits, inventory audits, and process reviews.
• Strong understanding of auditing standards, internal controls, and risk-based audit techniques.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
