About the Role

What You Will Do

• Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Provide legal support and guidance to internal teams on various matters
• Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable laws, and regulations
• Assist in dispute resolution and coordinate with external legal counsel when required
• Maintain records and documentation related to legal matters
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and employment law
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and research skills
• Ability to interpret and communicate legal information clearly
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience with legal documentation, contract management, or compliance work
• Exposure to corporate or commercial legal processes in a professional setting

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the FinTech sector
• Experience coordinating with legal counsel or handling dispute resolution
• Knowledge of corporate governance and risk management practices
