Job Description
Lead the Business Intelligence & Planning function, build advanced reporting/insights reporting methodology, technology adaptation, ensuring effective delivery of data operations, governance, and analytics while enabling executive decision-making through structured insights.
1- Define and lead BI strategy and roadmap:

Set BI goals to connect with Bupa 3Bs strategy by be customer centric sales force

Prioritize Business initiatives

Communicate and onboard sales on growth and excellence strategic vision
2- Technology Adaptation & Centralizing Analytical Activities:
-
Build the new system capability on SAS and Power Bi Self-service.
-
Lead Automation on all Client reporting Areas.
-
All Client prebuilt dashboards.
-
Enable All Sales (Corporate&SME) on client needs reports and insights.
-
Act as Sales champion with all departments as business data owner.

Proactive approach with Executive management in reporting insights and forecasted opportunity and risks.

Ensure Live tracking dashboards for all initiative and build ups.
3- Champion data governance and compliance:

Ensure compliance with all sales quality processes and regulation implementations.

Support audits and data governance culture.

Ensure 100% PDPL compliance in all reporting.
4- Manage cross-functional collaboration and escalation:

Facilitate communication cross-departments.

Act as final escalation point for all sales business needs.

Enable Growth and Excellence internal stakeholders.
5- People Management:

Manage, Guide and assist direct repartees to perform their functional operations with set of Policies and Procedures
