Position Summary :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive for the Modern Trade BA to join our beauty brand team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing communication and coordination with modern trade partners (e.g., Health & Glow, lifestyle, Nykaa, shopper stop, Beauty Nutri, Dabur NewU, Shoppers Stop, etc.), ensuring timely resolution of queries, seamless order processing, and strong partner relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Act as the primary point of contact for modern trade partners regarding orders, stock, and returns.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, supply chain, logistics, finance) to ensure timely order fulfilment and issue resolution.
• Track and follow up on payments, claims, and debit notes from modern trade partners.
• Ensure all promotional materials, product updates, and assets are shared and updated on partner platforms.
• Manage stock reconciliation, expiry tracking, and damage/shortage resolution.
• Assist in onboarding new stores or accounts within the modern trade channel.
• Maintain and update customer databases, reports, and performance trackers.
• Monitor customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
• Support the sales team with insights gathered from partner communication.

Experience & Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in modern trade operations, preferably in the FMCG or beauty sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and WMS tools.
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of modern trade operations and retail dynamics.
• Familiarity with partner portals such as Reliance SMART, Dmart, lifestyle, health & Glow Nykaa, etc.
• Experience in beauty, cosmetics, or personal care brands is a plus.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
