Role : Senior Executive

Major Responsibilities:

• Main Accountabilities:
•  Induction of new BA/DBA to meet business/ operational requirements.
•  Planning for network and route to achieve desired service level.
•  Developing and implementing SOP’s for route & monitoring its implementation.
•  Developing and implementing the operational strategy to drive revenue by reducing operational cost.
•  Monitoring expenses incurred upon BA/ DBA vehicles, monitoring BA/ DBA vehicle rate v/s market rates of vehicles.
•  Review of operational performance of BA/ DBA vehicles, & suggest if any changes required.
•  Visiting Customers/ Branches to analyze data, preparing reports and awareness among employees for thrust areas.
•  Taking corrective & preventive action for improving operational efficiency, monitoring customer complaints and transit time.
•  Planning development of the team, training them to address operational problems.
• Qualification: Education - Graduate/ Post Graduate
•  Experience - Total 5 - 8 years . Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:  The Candidate should be from the express logistics Industry.
•  Experience in fleet and vendor management.
•  Knowledge of MV Act, Contract Act, Intra & Interstate Excisable goods Transport Act etc.
•  Should be IT Savvy (Excel, power-point, word, web browsing, mails, etc
• Willing to join within 45 Days
