Operations Management
- Manage daily operations of training centers, including scheduling, logistics, and support functions.
- Coordinate with departments (academic, accounts, marketing) to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Supervise infrastructure management — classrooms, labs, and administrative facilities.
- Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and maintain inventory records.
- Prepare operational reports, MIS, and track performance metrics.
- Ensure timely submission of documents, invoices, and records to partnering institutions (e.g., MSME TC Ludhiana, YCMOU, etc.).
- Support project implementation as per SLA and monitor compliance.
- Liaise with vendors, training partners, and government departments as required.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, institutional regulations, and internal quality frameworks.
- Maintain HRMS records, documentation for audits, and staff verification.
- Handle center inspections, audits, and regulatory documentation.
- Manage student and faculty attendance systems, ID cards, and safety protocols.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters and provide timely support.
- Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.
