The
Senior Executive – Paid Search & Paid Social
will manage Paid Search and Paid Social strategies for MENA-region clients. This includes optimizing campaigns, advising on best practices, supporting client onboarding, and staying updated on industry trends.
A Typical Day Will Include:

Providing expertise across Paid Social and Paid Search, Programmatic is a plus.

Consulting and guiding teams to design and implement search and social strategies for diverse MENA-region portfolios.

Working closely with operations teams to ensure campaigns meet KPIs by offering optimization guidance and troubleshooting support.

Acting as the key expert in client conversations.

Leading client onboarding and supporting their technical setup across platforms.
-
Developing strong, trusting relationships with clients by providing innovative solutions to achieve their business objectives.

Staying updated on industry trends by collaborating with key publishers and building an innovation roadmap.

Leading Quarterly Business Reviews by consolidating insights and recommendations.

Maintaining a deep understanding of the performance advertising ecosystem, including activation platforms, tagging, measurement, data providers, DMP/CDP, etc.

Being the go-to expert for biddable topics, offering training, consultations, best practices, and platform updates.

Leading cross-functional digital projects such as data partnerships, attribution modeling, and DCO.

Owning the section for new business pitches by demonstrating forward-thinking strategies and storytelling.

Activating campaigns with the operations team and ensuring quality control in campaign setups.

Managing communication between planning and operations teams.

Supporting the Performance Manager in developing overall digital performance and integrated media strategies.

Managing data through automated dashboard solutions.
The Ideal candidate will have:

Relevant years of experience in a similar agency role.
-
Strong expertise in Paid Search and Paid Social.
-
Hands-on experience with performance platforms (Google Ads, META, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter and LinkedIn).

Strong understanding of digital marketing for both eCommerce and branding media activation.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
-
Critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and an entrepreneurial approach.

Excellent client service and relationship-building skills.

Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
-
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office and relevant internet applications.

Understanding of tracking ecosystems, including MMP, Analytics360, and Campaign Manager.

Preferred certifications: Facebook Blueprint, Analytics360, and Campaign Manager.
