Job Opening – Senior Executive Patient Account / Financial Counsellor

We are hiring a Senior Executive Patient Account / Financial Counsellor for our hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and educate patients and attendants regarding hospital billing and payment procedures.
• Handle patient accounts and resolve billing-related queries professionally.
• Manage daily cash handling and cash reconciliation activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth billing operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• 4–5 years of experience in billing or financial counselling in a reputable hospital.
• Private billing experience in a hospital is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of patient billing and cash management procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deal with patients and attendants in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Good command of MS Office and hospital management systems will be preferred.
