Location: Thane, Mumbai

Experience: 3+ years in procurement or supply chain operations

About the Role

The Procurement Executive will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing relationships with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and services. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to supplier management. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to meet procurement requirements while maintaining cost-effectiveness and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities1. Supplier Relationship Management

● Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing suppliers.

● Evaluate and onboard reliable suppliers to support business needs.

2. Procurement Operations

● Obtain competitive quotes from various suppliers.

● Negotiate price, quantity, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings and timely delivery.

● Monitor supplier performance and take corrective action when necessary.

3. Delivery & Inventory Coordination

● Manage delivery schedules and ensure products/services are delivered on time.

● Coordinate with internal teams to forecast procurement needs and avoid stockouts or delays.

4. Documentation & Reporting

● Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.

● Prepare procurement reports and update stakeholders on order status.

●Key Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

● 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations.

● Understanding of procurement methodologies and vendor management.

● Strong negotiation, time-management, and organizational skills.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

● Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively.
