Senior Executive Production

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules in line with company targets.
• Monitor and control production processes to minimize downtime and maximize output.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain) to resolve issues.
• Lead and motivate production staff for continuous improvement and high performance.
• Maintain accurate production records and report KPIs to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree - Chemistry / Pharm D or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar production role within the manufacturing sector.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, and process optimization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs75,000.00 per month
