Senior Executive Secretary

provides professional, high quality executive support and administrative services to senior business leaders and their teams.

In This Role You Will

• Receive, evaluate, and respond to incoming communications. Redirect or elevate matters to the executive as needed, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the executive and their team, including managing administrative paperwork, drafting correspondence, and preparing reports.
• Oversee diary and logistics management.
• Manage invoicing, accounting, and budget related tasks for the department. Assist in the preparation and management of departmental budgets, including processing payments and ensuring accurate financial records.
• Oversee the acquisition, maintenance, and replacement of office assets and equipment, ensuring that the department's resources are well managed.
• Ad hoc or additional administrative tasks as requested by the executive.

Qualification

To be considered for this role you must meet the below Qualifications & Experience:

Knowledge/skills

• Experience in an administrative capacity to a senior Manager in a medium or large size company with strong administrative skills.
• Secretarial qualification or diploma is preferred.
• Shorthand and/or speedwriting would be an advantage.
• Must be fully competent in MS Office applications.
• Must have a high degree of fluency in spoken and written English, a pleasant telephone manner and the ability to prioritise work.
