Role Overview

The Senior Executive – Space Designing & Branding will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and executing workspace interiors and branding initiatives for Inpulse and its clients. This role bridges creative design thinking with practical project execution, ensuring that every workspace and brand element reflects Inpulse’s commitment to innovation, functionality, and aesthetic excellence.

The incumbent will collaborate closely with the design, project, and branding teams to develop design concepts, presentations, and marketing materials that enhance brand visibility and align with client aspirations. The position demands a blend of spatial design expertise, brand understanding, and strategic visualization skills to drive impactful workplace experiences and strengthen Inpulse’s market positioning as a next-gen design & build firm.

Key Responsibilities

1. Shall be entrusted with the role in Space Designing from Conceptualization to Implementation (Vital Skill Requisite)*

2. Shall act as a dedicated Space Designer for our projects as well as our inhouse branding.

3. Shall be engaged closely with the design team to support them on developing a presentation deck for design pitches as and when required.

4. Shall work on the overall brand value creation and marketing collateral.

5. Shall be entrusted with strategizing the market penetration through graphic design, motion graphics, and product design.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of branding, space planning & space designing throughout interior fit-out project execution & workflow.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate across design, site, procurement, and finance teams.
• Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and other tools or softwares.
• Fluency in Hindi and English; knowledge of the local language, Marathi & / or Gujarati, is a plus.
• Expertise in cost estimation and vendor billing procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related technical field.
• Experience: 3-5 years in the following domains-
• Workplace Interior Design & Build Industry: 3 years (Required)
• Space Design Pitch: 3 years (Required)
• Space Designing: 3 years (Required)
• Branding: 3 years (Required)
• Space Planning: 3 years (Required)
• Hands-on exposure to mid-scale and large-scale corporate office projects is highly preferred.
