JOB PURPOSE
The Senior Executive – Products Training will design, deliver, and manage retail training programs across all banners. The role ensures initiatives are updated, standardized, and digitally engaging through platforms like iLearn/Leonardo. By coordinating with vendors, tracking outcomes, and promoting engagement, the Training Lead enhances employee skills, improves client experience, and drives sales growth.
Qualifications and Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Media, Human Resources, or related field.

Certifications in Instructional Design, eLearning, or Digital Content Creation is a plus.

Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Knowledge of e-learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, Rise, or similar).

Basic video editing and design skills (Canva, Synthesia, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent).

Experience:
2–4 years’ experience in training coordination, learning administration, or digital learning (preferably in retail, hospitality, or customer-focused industries).

Proven experience in creating digital learning content (e.g., videos, infographics, e-modules, quizzes).

Experience managing LMS platforms.

Experience liaising with vendors or external content providers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain and update product training trackers, ensuring accuracy of records, completion rates, and attendance.

Liaise with brand partners and vendors to collect updated training content, schedules, and ensure timely rollout.

Design and produce engaging digital training materials (videos, infographics, interactive modules, quizzes) to support product knowledge and retail learning.

Ensure all training materials (internal or vendor-provided) are aligned with MAGRABi standards for branding, format, and tone.

Upload product training modules and materials to iLearn, manage enrollments, track completions, and provide learner support.

Generate and share regular reports on participation, completions, and assessments.

Prepare and distribute training materials, ensuring smooth delivery of product training across regions.
