Are you ready to play a key role in ensuring our air conditioning products meet the highest national and international standards? We are looking for a Senior Specialist in Regulation, Certification & Compliance to strengthen our Existing Product Development Management.

What you will do

• Monitor global and local regulations (CE, RoHS, REACH, ErP, IEC, UL, etc.) and keep teams updated.
• Manage certification processes (CE, TSE, Eurovent, PED) from start to finish.
• Coordinate with test labs, certification bodies, and authorities.
• Support compliance audits and represent the company accurately.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Production, and Legal teams to ensure full compliance.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation (reports, certificates, declarations, labeling).
• Identify compliance risks and develop proactive action plans.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical-Electronics, or Industrial preferred).
• 3+ years’ experience in regulation, certification, or compliance.
• Experience in HVAC, home appliances, or pressure equipment industries is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Strong analytical mindset, detail orientation, and reporting skills.
• Team player, disciplined, and result-oriented.
