The Opportunity:

As a Senior UX Researcher, you will lead complex research projects, mentor junior researchers, and drive strategic research initiatives that shape product direction. You will design and oversee user research studies, synthesize findings into compelling narratives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user insights into product strategies. Your expertise will guide product decisions and help build a user-centric culture within the organization.

Day in the Life:

  • Lead and manage complex user research projects from inception to delivery.
  • Develop research strategies and methodologies to address strategic business objectives.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level researchers.
  • Collaborate with product teams to integrate user insights into design and development processes.
  • Present research findings to senior stakeholders and drive the user experience agenda.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years in UX Research or related field.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale research projects, influencing product strategy, and managing research teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in UX Research, HCI, psychology, sociology, anthropology, or related field.
  • Advanced UX research certifications or specialized training in research methodologies can be considered with demonstrated skillset and experience.
  • Extensive experience in UX research with a deep understanding of both qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Expertise in designing and executing research studies that align with business goals.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to think strategically and align research with broader business objectives.

Pay Equity

$95,800.00 - $124,500.00

Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
