Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Export Sales Executive to lead and expand international sales for our Agro Commodities, Pharmaceutical Products, and FIBC/PP Bags. The ideal candidate will have strong export knowledge, global market understanding, and the ability to identify, develop, and manage international clients.

Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new international markets and clients for Agro, Pharma, and FIBC/PP Bag products.
  • Manage the complete export sales cycle—from lead generation, negotiation, pricing, and contract finalization to shipment coordination.
  • Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.
  • Prepare quotations, commercial documents, and product presentations.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas buyers, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Address client queries, provide product details, and ensure smooth communication throughout the sales process.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups for orders, payments, and documentation.

3. Export Documentation & Compliance

  • Coordinate with logistics, CHA, and shipping lines for export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, COO, BL, Phytosanitary, Health Certificates, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with international trade laws, export regulations, and LC documentation.
  • Knowledge of EXIM procedures, Incoterms, and export incentives.

4. Market Research & Strategy

  • Conduct market analysis to identify new trends, pricing updates, and competitor activities.
  • Suggest product strategies based on global demand fluctuations.
  • Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and virtual meetings.

5. Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with production, quality, logistics, and finance departments for seamless export operations.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and MIS.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–7 years of export sales experience in Agro Commodities, Pharmaceuticals, or FIBC/PP Bags.
  • Strong understanding of international markets, trading norms, and export documentation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle overseas clients and work under pressure.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.

Compensation:

As per company norms + Performance-based incentives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹360,000.00 per year
