JOB DESCRIPTION OF SENIOR EXPORT SALES EXECUTIVES
Key Responsibilities:
Export Sales & Account Management
Drive export sales of lubricants across key international markets.
Aggressively grow and manage distributor accounts with a proven track record of closing
high-value deals.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new distributors/dealers in emerging and strategic
markets.
Market & Business Development
Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Conduct competitive market analysis and identify new opportunities for expansion.
Lead dealer development programs and strengthen distribution channels.
Marketing & Product Development
Participate in product development initiatives, bringing market insights to shape
competitive offerings.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities to build
brand presence internationally.
Work closely with technical and R&D teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
Profile Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or Engineering (preferred:
Mechanical/Chemical with focus on lubricants).
Proven experience (minimum 5+ years) in lubricant sales, with a strong export market
track record.
Technical know-how in lubricants (formulations, applications, and industry standards).
Strong network with dealers, distributors, and customers across export markets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, aggressive in account management, and target driven.
Willingness to travel extensively across international markets
