What You'll Achieve

Financial Control & Compliance

• Ensure all financial records and reports meet regulatory standards and company policies
• Lead the preparation for external audits, serving as the main point of contact for auditors
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls to protect company assets

Team Management

• Supervise and develop accounting staff through coaching and performance management
• Streamline accounting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with department heads to align financial operations with business needs

Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Prepare executive-level financial reports with actionable insights

What You'll Bring to ACC

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of combined experience in external auditing and accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proven leadership abilities with experience managing teams
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
