Mayersohn Law Group, P.A. is seeking an on-site, Family Law Litigation Attorney with 7+ years of experience that excels in a fast‑paced environment while providing high‑level advocacy for clients navigating sensitive family matters. You will manage a diverse caseload involving divorce, custody, support, post‑judgment issues, dependency, and domestic violence, applying your litigation, negotiation, and strategic planning skills to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Success in this role requires strong drafting and research abilities, sound judgment, excellent communication, and the professionalism needed to guide clients through emotionally charged situations. You will work closely with staff and experts, participate in case review meetings, maintain meticulous records, and consistently meet performance expectations as part of a supportive, growth‑oriented team.
