About the Role:

We’re looking for a unique paralegal — someone who thrives on diving deep rather than juggling dozens of files. This is not a high-volume role; it’s an opportunity to work closely with the partner and associate on a small portfolio of complex family law cases that demand sophistication, precision, and intuition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct analytical and organizational support on a limited number of high-asset, high-conflict, or otherwise complex family law cases
• Assist in case strategy, discovery management, and document drafting
• Maintain impeccable organization, timelines, and communication with both clients and counsel
• Build strong rapport with clients and serve as a trusted, empathetic point of contact
• Collaborate closely with the attorney team to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency

Who You Are:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in family law
• Deep understanding of California family law procedures, disclosures, and discovery
• Exceptional attention to detail and writing skills
• Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively
• Experienced in managing complex cases — and ready to slow down the pace to go deeper
• Tech-savvy and highly organized, with strong client communication skills
