We seek a paralegal with:

• Ability to work on cases from case inception
• Perform initial case investigations by gathering facts & records
• Experience in both propounding and responding to discovery
• Preparing hearing files & trial preparation
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills & can work well with team members.
• Knowledge of state court procedures
• Experience coordinating hearings, depositions, mediation, and communicating with Judicial offices as well as opposing counsels
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to perform legal research
• Independent, problem solver and team player
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Accustomed to working in an environment with billable requirements. (preferred)
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,719.08 - $65,898.24 per year
